Louie Zakarian and Zakarian Make-up F/X has had a career that spans over three decades with a range of experience that crosses over from film and television, to theater and live performance. He has toured with Paul Simon, designed makeup for Broadway’s Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, and has film and television credits that include Bohemian Rhapsody, The Magnificent Seven, Southpaw, Framing John DeLorean, Across the Universe, Evening, The Gong Show,Fringe,  Vampires Vs the Bronx, You should have left and The Week of.  But Louie is perhaps best known as the makeup department head at Saturday Night Live for the past 27 years. The accolades for his work are heard far and wide and he has 15 Emmy nominations over the years and has taken the Emmy award home 8 times for his work on SNL.
